I brought my 8-year-old daughter for her very first manicure at Grand Nails and Spa, and let me tell you, it was the sweetest experience. They had a kids' menu of services, soft colors, even nail stickers for her to pick from. The nail techs treated her like royalty and made her feel super special. She couldn’t stop showing off her sparkly nails at school! As a mom, I really appreciated how family-friendly and professional the environment was.

I travel a lot for work and am always on the lookout for a good nail spot. After seeing the reviews, I stopped into Grand Nails and Spa during my stay in Aubrey. It was spotless, modern, and had every polish brand you can think of. I went with a classic nude dip, and the application was flawless,thin, even, and so natural-looking. I also had a broken nail and they repaired it perfectly without charging extra. Can’t wait to come back!

That kind of customer service is rare! I got acrylics with a matte finish and metallic foil detail, and WOW. They turned out like something from a Pinterest board. If you’re into nail art and precision, this is the place.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and every single visit has been amazing. I usually book a pedicure and Nexgen dip combo, and I always leave with beautiful results and a relaxed mindset. The staff are consistent, kind, and they really listen. They never push extra services or upsell, which I appreciate. Plus, the spa chairs are seriously next level. It’s my monthly dose of self-care I always look forward to.
